It is your obligation to unpack and check the products within 14 days from the delivery date. In case the goods are not returned within 15 days from the delivery date, it is assumed that they were received in optimum condition and our company may not accept their return or their replacement.
It happens very often that you are not present at the delivery time and the installers are not aware of your orders.
You are obliged to check the products before placing them so that you can make sure that the product you received is what you asked for.
Since the products are placed, for no reason they cannot be compensated, unless it is proven to be defective, ie they do not meet their specifications.
You have the right to return the goods you bought asking for replacement in the following cases:
- In case you were sent a different product from what you ordered.
- In case the product is defective and it is under guarantee.
In instances (a) and (b), once we have received and inspected the returned product, we can send you as soon as possible the right one, bearing all the transport costs, return of the old product, and dispatch of the new one. Moreover, you can ask either for the exchange of the product with another one or for a refund of the amount you paid.
In all instances, the product must be returned in optimum condition, not being used, being complete, having still the package in which it was bought, and being the package itself in a good condition.
In case the product is returned incomplete or ruined, our company has the right to accept the return and to ask for reimbursement whose amount depends on the condition of the product and its package.
Ultimately, the product to be replaced must come along with all the documents it was accompanied when it was bought (such as a delivery note, invoice, and receipt).
